The TR team recently got together to have a look at the site
progression at Nipark in Newport, showing everyone where their new
workspaces will be!

The majority of the yards have been concreted, all external cladding has been completed, roller shutter doors were being fitted.

We’re just waiting on the glass, and the electricians, plumbers and solar PV technicians are all scheduled to start soon, with tarmac, kerbs and paths to follow soon.

Internal work has started with insulation and palsterboard being added. 

We will be opening later in 2023!
