Fendt introduced the Fendt 700 Vario Gen7 series in 2022. Four models now have more power and the model Fendt 724 Vario Gen7.1 is rated up to 60 km/h. In the independent DLG PowerMix Test, the Fendt top model 728 Vario had top results, now the Fendt 724 Vario Gen7.1 has also achieved best marks. It even works more efficiently during transport than the Fendt 728 Vario.

Fendt Dynamic Performance for all models and a new 282hp model

Previously, the added power concept Fendt DynamicPerformance was only available for the Fendt 728 Vario. Now it has been expanded to all models in the series. The Fendt 720, 722, 724 and 726 Vario now cover the power range from 203 to 263 hp (149 - 193 kW).

Fendt DynamicPerformance (DP) added power concept releases an additional 20 hp when main and secondary consumers such as the hydraulics, PTO, fan, compressed air supply or air-conditioning need more power. Fendt DP specifically balances additional requirements without losing work performance and ensures higher productivity. The series adds another powerful model in the class up to 280 hp and closes the performance gap between the Fendt 724 Vario Gen7.1 at and the top model Fendt 728 Vario.

The 6-cylinder AGCO Power CORE75 engine is already approved for HVO100 and other fuels in accordance with DIN 15940. Operating with HVO can significantly reduce the machine's CO2 footprint.

The newly available Fendt DP added power and efficient technologies such as the single stage Fendt VarioDrive with an independent four-wheel drive, the successor of the popular Fendt 724 Gen6 model enters the seventh generation.

Compared to the Fendt 724 Vario Gen6, the new Fendt 724 Vario Gen7.1 offers better performance. With 233 Nm, it has 23 percent better acceleration, is quieter and consumes significantly less fuel at the same performance weight. It’s turning radius has been reduced to 10.50m with four-wheel drive engaged.

The independent four-wheel drive from Fendt VarioDrive gives a higher traction power and high soil protection. The independent front axle drive actively pulls the machine into a curve without tension. There is also no need to manually shift when changing between field and road. VarioDrive drives the front and rear axles independently of each other and distributes the power dynamically via Fendt Torque Distribution.

Specialist in transport with comprehensive safety concept

The comprehensive chassis safety concept and the Fendt Reaction steering makes the New 700 series a transport specialist. This includes

• Fendt iD low-speed concept
• Additional braking safety via a newly developed wear-free, hydraulic auxiliary brake
• Trailer Brake Assistant (TBA)
• Automatic parking brake

Fendt Stability Control significantly reduces rolling motions, available in the 60km/h fast mode versions from the Fendt 724 Vario Gen7.1 model.

The Fendt 700 Vario Gen7.1 series is built for heavy loads with a payload of up to 6.2t and a permissible overall weight of 15 t. Mounted implements/trailers with a drawbar load of up to 4t can be transported safely and legally. The raised parking position of the lower link prevents collisions with drawbar trailed implements and protects the PTO and lower link. Optional daytime running lights increase visibility in road traffic.

Front loader - tailor-made for the Fendt 700 Vario

Crucial elements for productive front loader use include

• A continuous view
• A small turning radius
• Tension-free powerful four-wheel drive
• Simple control via the 3L-Joystick
• High axle load of the front axle

The Fendt Active superimposed steering system halves the required steering rotations. Used with Fendt VarioDrive and independent four-wheel drive, the tractor has a higher pushing power in front-loader operation, even in curves. Even with a full bucket, the tractor leaves no black marks.

Fendt continues to offer the new generation of the Fendt Cargo 6.100 and the Fendt Cargo 6.100 Profi front loader, developed specially for this series. Both models achieve an overload height of 4.85 m regardless of tyre type.

The Cargo 6.100 Profi includes additional performance features, such as

• Integrated weighing function with target weight loading
• Limitation of the excavation height and tilting angle when used in buildings
• Memory functions for the tool and arm and speed-dependent damping

An automatic intelligent maintenance display in the terminal measures lifting movements and provides information about maintenance intervals for these models.

The integration of Apple CarPlay into the Fendt infotainment via cable or Bluetooth is another new feature. Operation is carried out via the terminal on the armrest. The software will be rolled out June 2026.
