We are looking for a marketing & events assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing while working for local agricultural dealer. Working in a small team, you will assist the Marketing & Communications Executive in all aspects of marketing.

 Main responsibilities include:

·         Assisting in planning, writing and managing email marketing

·         Produce reports from the company’s CRM system to ensure customers are appropriately targeted

·         Assisting with gathering customer stories and other press worthy stories

·         Assist with internal communications

·         Updating the website with new stock and removing sold stock

·         Compiling used machinery lists each month to highlight what stock is for sale

·         Helping with the ideas and information for the newsletter

·         Creating information on a monthly basis for the sales team, and our customers

·         Attend career fairs at local Agricultural colleges to discuss careers in Agricultural Machinery

·         Attend shows with the sales team as a host, providing refreshments and ‘meet and greet’ potential customers

·         Create marketing material for shows – posters, flyers, spec sheets etc…

·         Assist with Social Media planning and content

 Skills

·         The ability to use Adobe design software such as indesign and photoshop is desirable. In-house training can be given.

·         Good telephone manner and overall communication skills

·         Being able to discuss and communicate with the sales team for show information and campaign ideas

·         Driving licence is essential due to location
