TR Machinery was established in 2021 as part of the RVW Pugh group. TR Machinery exclusively holds the full-line Fendt franchise for Shropshire, Cheshire, Mid Wales and Staffordshire. Along with a full range of complementary machinery from leading manufacturers. We also sell a wide range of parts, workshop tools and sundries.

TR Machinery is a new, passionate dealership with a vision to offer exceptional customer service. We are going to be moving into new state of the art premises in Newport, Shropshire this year and we are looking for people to join the team who are passionate about the agricultural industry.

As an Agricultural Parts Manager, you will be expected:

To facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the parts department in conjunction with other departments.
To be responsible for the management of the parts staff at the new Newport depot
To promote and encourage the profitable sale of all parts stock in a friendly and pleasant manner.
To ensure safety of stock and to keep correct and efficient records.
Deal with all enquiries, orders and queries received (written/telephone/verbal), quickly and efficiently, providing a good service at all times.
8am-5.30pm Monday – Friday, weekend days by department rota. 
 

The ideal candidate will have:

A good knowledge of Agricultural parts and machinery is desirable or equivalent knowledge in a similar field like Plant, access equipment, HGV or the motor trade.
Previous management experience is desirable.
Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
An eye for detail, accuracy and data entry.
Must be computer literate
